我也玩河南附品，但该省附品难收集，包括这枚卢氏戳记包单在内的很多品种都缺，以后慢慢来吧。

鹤壁市的“延服费”是否是附加费？在很多的附加费文章里有的说是，也有的说不是！我得感觉好像不是我们要研究的附加费？

鹤壁的这种凭证原来是延伸服务费凭证，开征附加费后当附加费凭证使用。包单上贴的肯定是附加费邮品（包单不会收延伸服务费，收件人都是去邮局自取包裹）。

商丘五县附加费

商丘地区的夏邑、永城、拓城、睢县、虞城等五县是河南二期最早开征附加费之地，其附加费凭证都由郑州邮电印刷厂承印。起初供应一种无底纹附凭，夏邑、永城、虞城三县使用过，三县用同一凭证。不久厂家又改印有底纹凭证，各县的底纹刷色都不同，从而县与县之间的附凭得以区别。

永城县于1992.8.9.开征附加费。初期使用无底纹附凭，目前所见的最早实寄品是河南程兵先生1992.8.12.寄出的藏品，本封是次早封(1992.8.20.)。

河南一期仅对商包收10％资费的附加费，大多直接算在总资费内或手写附加费费额，只有少数几个县刻用附戳。除吴友上传的许昌外，还有几个地方也用戳记。

    完全赞同林老的说法，鹤壁的“延伸服务费”凭证应当就是“附加费”凭证，套用一句时髦的话说，“延伸服务费”凭证就是“附加费”凭证的“AVATAR”！！

刘先生是湖北附加费的专家。湖北附加费被许多行家研究得比较深透了，但有些省份发掘得不够，包括河南在内，二期实施附加费的版图都不一定划得清，最近网上拍一太康县的汇款单，加盖1元附加费戳记，这个县征收附加费的事则是前所未闻，不排除仍有未被发现的征收附加费的县，需要大家一起来发现新大陆。
